SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the item(s), transportation and related overhead. Shipping charges are calculated by third party shipping transit services and are based on weight, location and delivery service.

Shipping charges are calculated in real time by the carrier you choose on the check-out page. To view estimated shipping and processing charges, please place desired items in your shopping cart, enter your zip-code under "Estimate Shipping & Tax" and select "Get Rates." We currently offer USPS and UPS shipping options.

Most ground orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, not including custom orders. If there are any potential delays, we will notify you promptly. To see a time-line for custom orders (including wedding invitations), please click here.

Once your package leaves our store, the following transit times for delivery within the continental US apply (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):

USPS Express Mail - Guaranteed overnight delivery to most domestic locations
USPS Priority Mail - Items delivered in an average of 1-3 business days
USPS Parcel Post - Items delivered in an average of 2-8 business days

UPS Ground - Day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days, Monday through Friday
UPS 2 Day - Delivery in 2 business days, Monday through Friday (some locations in Alaska and Hawaii will require additional transit time)
UPS Next Day - Delivery by end of next business day, Monday through Friday

You will receive an email when your order is shipped which will include tracking information. We guarantee that your package(s) are put on board the shipping transit service. However, after this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you.

CUSTOM-PRINTING ORDERS
Signature is required for delivery of all custom orders, including custom-printed wedding invitations. Please keep this in mind when inputting a ship-to address for your package at checkout.

We have an extensive line of our signature styles or you can utilize our customized services to create your own unique design. For your own craft projects, we offer a variety of Japanese Chiyogami paper, solid paper and envelopes, rhinestone buckles & charms, faux leather monogram tags and a selection of party favor baskets and boxes.
