We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will do our best to accommodate your return. We ask that you return items to us in their original condition (unopened, in original packing and in good condition). The following terms and conditions apply:

Japanese paper:
Given the delicate nature of this product, all purchases are final sale (non-returnable or non-exchangeable).  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom & personalized items:
All custom & personalized items purchases are final sale, and not returnable.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

However, if you receive personalized products that were incorrectly printed, we will redo the products at our expense. If you have made the error, we will reprint the products at a discount. To make a claim please contact us at (626) 286-6628 Monday through Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm PST.

Sale merchandise:
All sale purchases are final sale, and not returnable.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email customerservice@paperwonders.com with the order number & the product condition within 30 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).

If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you. Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of either a coupon or a Paper Wonders credit to your account and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Air services. If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, paperwonders.com reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment. Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.

It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

PRINT DISCLAIMER

Paper Wonders makes best practice recommendations for printing compatibility on the various papers we sell based on our own in-house testing and individual paper mill specifications. However, in regards to printing, equipment, paper compatibility and personal results we do not and can not explicitly guarantee verbally or in writing each consumer application. There are many types of consumer and professional printers on the market, each with their own mechanical and technical makeup. Further, all inks are not the same and papers will react differently to different inks.

To help with the process, we can provide samples of our papers for testing your specific application on your specific printer. The vast majority of our papers are suitable for conventional printing including offset, thermography, engraving, letterpress and on demand. If you plan on using the services of an outside printer we encourage you to consult them regarding your printing needs.

Paper Wonders shall not be liable, in any way, for incidental or consequential damages or losses sustained, or aggravated, by print or paper recommendations whether or not made verbally or in writing on this website. This is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the consumer.
